Dim witted Dong-ch ul (Kim Myeong -kon) roams the stre ets of downto wn Seoul weari ng the clothes and watch left b ehind by a film dire ctor (Le e Jang- ho) who co mmitted suicid e. One da y, he sees a p retty col lege student n amed Hye-youn g (Lee Bo-he e). He con spires wi th auto me chanic Y uk-deok (Lee Hee-seon g) to kid nap her, only to discover that s he is not a college s tudent but a prostit ute. Afte r the taxi Yuk- deok snuck ou t of the sh op is stole n, he and Dong-chul starve for a w hile, then ma nage to e arn their mea ls by runn ing errands in the red ligh t district wher e Hye-young l ives. But the y are kick ed out agai n when they are c aught tr ying to help a new girl from the cou ntry esca pe. Hye-youn g sets out afte r Dong-chul a nd Yuk-deok, and the th ree of them e njoy a pleasa nt time at a seaside reso rt before Hye-young goes on her w ay. Whil e working as waiters at a saloon i n Seoul, D ong-chu l and Yuk- deok ru n into Hye- young, who is there as a com panion for one of the guests. D uring the ensu ing party , Hye-youn g becomes the plaything of the upper-c lass men in attendance and eventu ally los es her life.
