Dim witted Dong-chul ( Kim Myeong- kon) roams the stre ets of downtown Seoul wearing the cl othes and watch left beh ind by a fi lm direc tor (Lee Jang- ho) who com mitted su icide. One day, he sees a pretty college studen t named Hye-yo ung (Lee B o-hee). He conspir es with auto me chanic Yuk -deok (Lee Hee-seong ) to kidnap her, onl y to discover that she i s not a coll ege stud ent but a pr ostitute. Afte r the ta xi Yuk- deok snuck o ut of the sho p is stolen, h e and D ong-chul star ve for a wh ile, th en manag e to ear n their mea ls by runnin g errands in the red lig ht dist rict whe re Hye-youn g lives. But they are kick ed out aga in when t hey are caugh t trying to hel p a new girl f rom the countr y escape. Hye-young s ets out aft er Dong-chu l and Yuk -deok, and th e three of them enjoy a pleasan t time at a seaside resort bef ore Hye-y oung goes on her way. Wh ile working as waiters at a sa loon in Seoul , Dong-chul and Yuk-de ok run into Hye-young, who is there a s a companion f or one o f the gu ests. During th e ensui ng party, Hye -young becomes the playth ing of the upp er-class men in atten dance and e ventually loses her l ife.
