Dim witted D ong-chul (Kim Myeong-kon) roams th e streets of downtown Se oul wearing t he clothes and wat ch left behind by a f ilm director (L ee Jang-ho) who committed s uicide. O ne day, he s ees a pre tty coll ege studen t named Hye- young (Lee Bo-h ee). He conspi res with aut o mechanic Yuk- deok (Lee Hee-seong) to kidnap her , only to discover tha t she is not a college stu dent but a prosti tute. After the taxi Yuk-deok snuck out of the sh op is s tolen, he and Do ng-chul starve for a while, then ma nage to ea rn their meals by run ning err ands in the r ed light district wher e Hye-young l ives. B ut they ar e kicke d out again wh en they are caught t rying to help a new girl fro m the count ry escap e. Hye-you ng sets out after Don g-chul and Y uk-deok, and the th ree of them en joy a p leasant time at a seasi de resort before Hy e-young goes on her wa y. While wor king as w aiters at a saloon in S eoul, D ong-chul a nd Yuk- deok run in to Hye-you ng, who i s there as a companion for one of the guests. Du ring the e nsuing p arty, Hy e-young becomes the playthi ng of the u pper-class men in attend ance and eventually loses her life.
